Founded in 1985 by Ray Walsh, Gourmet Kitchen has evolved from a small company preparing appetizers for local chefs, to one of the premier hors d'oeuvre manufacturing firms in the country. Our high standards of product excellence, dedication to personal service, and our continued commitment to being innovative are the guiding principles of Gourmet Kitchen.
