The National Restaurant Association Show is always a highlight of the year, and 2025 was no exception. Gourmet Kitchen was proud to be on the show floor once again, engaging with chefs, operators, and buyers from every corner of the foodservice world. From independent restaurants and hotel kitchens to university and corporate catering teams, the conversations we had were both energizing and enlightening.
This year’s show gave us more than just a platform to showcase our culinary talents—it gave us a chance to listen. Across the foodservice spectrum—from restaurants and hotels to healthcare and education—we heard what matters most: labor-saving, versatile, high-quality selections that meet evolving customer tastes.
The good news? Our lineup delivered.
For breakfast, our Stuffed Breakfast Biscuits, like the Tennessee Sausage & Cheddar Biscuit (LB0008) drizzled with Honey and Sea Salt, were a crowd favorite—handheld, hearty, and packed with comfort.
Our Cranberry-Apple Breakfast Tart (P2004) paired with Cranberry Chutney turned heads for morning menus looking to go upscale and seasonal.
Our savory selections brought bold, crowd-pleasing flavors to the table. The Maui Shrimp Spring Rolls (S5036) with Charred Pineapple Chili Sauce delivered a sweet and spicy kick that guests couldn’t get enough of. The Nashville Hot Chicken Skewers (C2504) paired with Pickled Ranch were the perfect mix of heat and cool—big flavor in a fun, handheld format. The Peking Duck Ravioli (D2016) with Plum Sauce Vinaigrette offered a rich, unexpected twist that turned heads. And the Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates (B1028) wrapped in Applewood Smoked Bacon with a drizzle of Aged Balsamic were a sweet, savory bite that disappeared fast. And our plant-based options like our Plant-Based Green Chili Arepas (V2274) with Avocado-Lime Salsa showed how clean label and bold flavor can go hand in hand.
Our desserts were also a true showstopper. From the indulgent Chocolate Truffle Assortment (M9194)—featuring favorites like Salted Caramel, Bavarian Crème, and Champagne—to our Venetian Bonbons (M9440) which add elegance and panache to any menu, each bite showcased our commitment to premium, ready-to-serve sweet solutions.
Finally, our Vegan Passion Tart Assortment (M9490) proves that plant-based can be every bit as indulgent and delicious as traditional desserts. Crafted with vibrant, natural ingredients and no dairy or animal products, these tarts offer bold, layered flavors like Caramel Almond, Lemon, Pear Chocolate, Apple Vanilla, Chocolate Praline, and Peach. Each tart delivers a beautiful balance of sweetness, texture, and sophistication—making them a standout for operators looking to meet growing demand for plant-based options without sacrificing taste or presentation.
Whether classic or plant-based, our desserts proved that convenience can still feel handcrafted and truly crave-worthy.
